During the project we worked up two topics which influence our society. The first one is gender roles and the second one is stereotypes. The two topics was related to each other, because each raise problems which are irreconcilable with human rights and the ideas of a democratic society. Representatives of eight different nation participate in the program (a team of four with a team leader from each country). We used non-formal methods during our project. Participants acquired competences which help them to provide equality, responsibility, justice. Their acquitance with the European nationality is improved, they got aquinted with other languages, cultures, so their traverse skills will progress. These young people was bring good lessons learned during the project into the countries and contribute to more tolerant and democratic society. With the new methods learned they are multiplicate their knowledge in their community, family and environment.
