ROBOTLARLA HAREKETLİ NESNE KONUMLARININ GÖRÜNTÜ İŞLEME TEKNİĞİ İLE OTOMASYONU

In our school, 2169 formal education students, 340 face to face vocational training students, and workers at factory and firm within projects of the İŞKUR (employment agency) and UMEM(specialized vocational training center) are taught at department of Electric-eloctronics, department of information Technologies, department of machine Technologies ,department of metal Technologies, department of wooden and interior design Technologies, department of motor vehicle Technologies, department of map and land registry cadastre Technologies, department of construction Technologies at our school. Our Project consist of 26 teachers of department of machine Technologies, 18 teachers of department of Electric-eloctronics, 8 teachers of department of information Technologies at our school. Totally, there are 52 teachers who had vocational training and graduted from licence and master .Today, robots offer various movement qualities for different load capacity and speed. Machine vision systems add an ‘’ eye’’ to robots in many areas of production. The result of machine vision is to; taking image via light source selected especially for application and help of the camera and computer, got this digital coordinate data that is processing and meaning the image, transmitting the electonical area by MDs and giving action to robotic arms. Visual robot manipulation systems enable to increase occupational safety and production rate, to improve product quality and guarantee, to decrease the production cost.Machine vision systems reached the level that can answer the growing demand for the precision work and higher cycle times easily. Perfect detection algorithms and calibration are the important subjects that should be considered. Key components of the image processing are well thought conception and cameras and sensors paired with this image that produce image with the appropriate application information, lighting technologies and fast image processing equipments.In machine vision applications, models that will be introduced into the system with a digital camera are received basically. Received image is processed in the PC interface program and recorded into machine vision controller.According to the position of the digital camera, camera and industrial robot are calibrated. When the product enter the CCD camera’s perceptual field, camera transmits images of the product in certain sampling time to the machine vision controller or processor, controller gives results according to defined parameters with software before. The form of desired result can be converted to a digital or analog signal electrically. Thus, we can reach the following results fastly:- coordinate information-accuracy-score-quality control-counting depending on the register(for single or multiple image)-edge detection- color, contrast information-speed…etc.With this project, our teachers of related departments will be trained in vocational education institutions that had proven success in working in the field of vocational training within the EU. Within the context of field visiting, training visits will be held to the firms that are placed in Spain and Sweden and use the Image Processing Technique and Robot Automation systems in production lines, product automation robots. Thus, they can get more information about the borders of the using possibilities at the center. Beneficiaries know the machine vision image sensors and diagnostic systems,learn and examine the integration of robots, have knowledge and experience about the matters with automated robotic mechanical , electronically and control programs. At the end of the project, our teachers will adapt features of artificial vision system automation robots , benefits that they provided, promotion of mechanical elements, their commissioning, programming languages to the our related courses. So, they will transfer this new technology that is becoming common and improving increasingly to the our students. They will provide training on how trainers can develop themselves about the designing of robot automation and synchronization with production lines. Teachers are at other vocational schools in our region and related firms will be kept informed about the trainings. Via our project which is called Automation with Technique Of İmage Processing of Moving Objects’ Location with Robots, we will share our acquisitions with our partners by mutual visits, interviews and creating contact groups via the Internet. With our project, we will give information to our partners in our region about the automation of image controller with robots ,provide guidance to companies that wish venture. Project is planned to be on the following dates and country:1-23/04/2017-07/05/2017 Barcelona,Spain2-14/05/2017-28/05/2017 Stockholm, Huddinge, SwedenEach mobility will involve 8 persons and there will be 2 mobility during the project.
