The project aimed at the construction of new road surfaces on the roads mentioned,as well as at improving traffic conditions and removing one of the main obstaclesof the development of the Ublianska dolina. Further aims included the decrease oftraffic costs, shortening the duration of transport, and keeping the safety of traffic.
