Rire, un outil d'animation à la portée de tous

"Laughter, a pedagological tool for everyone" is a tool for youthworkers who wish to improve their knowledge with a new tool and to enrich their exercice's book, to renew it. This training course is based on several modules, next to the others, allow people to become used of technic (tool management) and to spread it around by learning and practising with other people. The following process is learning by doing. This project gathers 27 participants from Europe and its Neighbouring countries Georgia, Arménia, Moldova, Macedonia, Egypt, Jordan, Portugal, Espagne, Greece, Austria, Romania and Turkey. The training course suggest the following steps : 5 days-training in workshops, in small group, in individual 5 days-training on technic, exercices, sensitivity, environment, atmosphere to be created, informal moments 5 days-training to learn, to experiment, to test, to manage, to evaluate 5 days-training to get to know each others, to speak, to share our cultures, to advice, to help, to progress 5 days-training to self evaluate itself, to better understand each other, to try for trying The training course will be held in France, Saint-Etienne (Rhône Alpes) from 4 to 8 August 2014. The global objective is to disseminate the tool trough Europe and more. This target will be reachable with the funding opportunities offered by the tools-programme of the European commission such as Erasmus + . The next project will use the recommendations of this project to improve its methods and exercice's booklet. It will also associate researchers on sociology and scientists. Laughter is an innovative tool but so old, its capacity to be transferable to youth sector and others sectors is one of Raiso's working direction; this organisation carries out trainings and life long learning opportunities for adults and young adults. This training course is built with several modules; modules allow people to analyse, test, experiment the technic (tool management) and to spread it by learning and practising with other people. The following process is learning by doing. Results will be published on social networks of each participating organisations for a large impact.
