Our vision is study process and environment that is grounded on modern and collaborative teaching and learning where students can acquire high-level study skills. For school development currently it is necessary to increase the capacity of the school for multimodal and blended learning, that is combining three interrelated focuses for Gymnasium efficient growth: first, to strengthen the CLIL methodology and use for all student age groups, secondly, to improve the competence of teachers for meaningful and effective use of ICT for the learning process and, thirdly, to expand the use of innovative teaching methods.Within project activities and mobilities both teachers 'professional development courses and job shadowing (while also offering their work shadowing) is planned, by engaging 10 REGS educators in mobilities, at least 25 teachers in activities, but for use of project results - all 84 teachers.Professional development courses selected for the project are aiming to improve teachers’competences in use of Content and Language Integrated Learning, effective use of ICT as well as innovative methods in teaching and learning. Job shadowing will give the opportunity to get wider view on European perspective in education and 1) to share experience of one-to-one computing methodologies related to use of tablet-PC in schooling to reach new generation of learners, native digital teenagers, and 2) to support teachers to increase students’ motivation for learning a second language and to help in finding or developing new strategies and techniques.
