Repülőgép és autó karbantartási gyakorlat
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Kossuth Lajos Bilingual Secondary School of Technology has been specialized in training car electronics, airplane mechanics and avionics since the 1970s. By joining EU, the aircraft maintenance organisations have to meet the requirements laid down in the European Commission Decree (2042/2003, later 1321/2014 Europe Commission) in terms of training, qualifictions and employment from 1st May 2004. In order to provide our students with a training which enables them to be employed as an airplane mechanic or an avionics in any country of the EU, the school has to reorganize its system of aviation training. As a member of ACE (Aviation Colleges in Europe) we regularly change the experiences on the implementation of Part 66, the new requirements into the national curriculums. The most efficient way of the cooperation when we have the opportunity to observe the operation and work at the partner institution personally. The main aim of the project to provide our students, the European citizens with the opportunity to be able to gain first hand working experiences which will improve their technical, foreign language and intercultural competences. Through the realization of this project the beneficiaries can obtain first-hand experiences about how far the Finnish, Italian and Turkish partner institutions got in the process of implementation of Part 66. The practical training in Tampere will take place in the well equipped workshops and hangar of the college' s aircraft maintenance department. Four students in Rovaniemi, and four in Istanbul will spend their three-week-practical training at the maintenance hangar of the city's international airport. Four students will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience about the production of aircrafts at Salver S.P.A. in Italy. The placement will provide them with information about the measures of the necessary knowledge and competences in order to be employed in the European Union. The aircraft maintenance section at Tampere College, Lapland Vocational College in Rovaniemi and Istituto Tecnico Settore Tecnologico "E.Fermi" have already introduced the new module-type training required by the European Committee Decree. The new system of Aviation training focuses on the students individuality giving them the opportunity to improve and develop their skills, knowledge and competences actively. We launched the cooperation with a Turkish Vocational High School six years ago and we send four students from the school's automotive engineering section on practical training to Aydin Mimar Sinan Vocational Technical High School. The partnership with the Turkish school started in the school-year 2005/2006 when we received their students in our school's automotive workshops for a three-week-practical training. Eight of the beneficiaries will have their three-week-practical training in Finland, four will go to Italy and four to Turkey in April 2016 and in April 2017. In the same school-years our school will receive Finnish and Italian Aviation- and Turkish car-engineering students. All the seven partners mutually recognize the period of practical training completed in the partner institution as equal to their own. At the end of the third week each beneficiary will be issued a Europass Mobility Document. The partners agreed to cooperate in the evaluation and dissemination of the project on national and international level. All the experiences we acquired through managing and evaluating the project will be used in the work on the implementation of Part 66, on the development of the airplane mechanic and avionics trades No.: 54 525 05 and No.: 54 525 03 according to the national training register. We also aim to give the possibility to the students to get acquainted with the culture of another country. The beneficiaries will learn to tolerate and appreciate the customs and habits of another nation and adapt themselves to them.
