The REINDISTEL project is designed to ensure the social and vocational integration/reintegration of disabled persons by providing them with telematics skills and creating a teleworking department. The goal of the project is to adapt the computer environment to the concrete needs of the beneficiaries and to lower the physical barriers to their entry into the world of work.Products will include a teleworking department for disabled persons in all participating countries, interactive training tools, a manual of good practices in distance training, and teleworking.The beneficiaries will be persons with physical and mental disabilities, but also their potential employers.The project results will be disseminated via a dedicated Internet site, radio and TV commercials, articles in the press, and meetings and seminars targeted at all interested groups.
