EuroMed project is a joint initiative by two dynamics. A European, the first one, which has gathered German, French and Polish associations during the citizenships awareness' encounters and several shifts built around intercultural training engineering. The second, between the two sides of the Mediterranean, which allowed associations from Rennes to attend an international training, focused on Human Rights Project Strategy, Social Commitment in the Youth-field, and Territorial Diagnostics led by three different NGOs, two from Tunisia and one from Morocco. In this frame the LTDH (Tunisian Human Rights league), the RESO (Relay for Rising an organized Social Youth), the REMESS( Moroccan Network for the Social and Solidarity Economy), the dFi (French-German Institution – Erlangen), Fundacja Poznan-Ille et Vilaine (Fondation Poznan Ille et Villaine) and the MIR (International House of Rennes) have strengthened partnerships to build R.I.De. Med project whose aim is to build reliable training packages in the field of freedom of conscience and comprehension of international actualities and Power and Democracy. R.I.De Med project is the result of our democratic realities and its needs: In European countries where democracy seems to be moving backwards, Tunisia tries to slowly building its own while Morocco is still looking a better way.The first year should result in three different formation units focused on the freedom of conscience and tolerance. The first of them would be conceived for professionals trainers. The other two would be addressed to Social Educators working with kids and young people.The second year will lead to the creation of two units, designed for adults and young people who did not attend University. This would allow them to better apprehend the international actualities while developping a critical point of view of the medias they use and to discover new sources of information.The third and last year would encourage individual commitment in public organisations and citizenship involvement in public places and state policies. It would be achieved by a training regarding social empowerment for the youth and the capitalisation of two methodological approaches. One aiming to install the project “twinning of workers and migrants mentoring” in a territory.
