Europe 2020 Strategy and the corresponding Bulgarian strategic documents for inclusive growth, as well as the development of the knowledge economy in European societies, put a serious emphasis on the policies and initiatives for the inclusion of young people in the economy and especially for preventing and reducing youth unemployment. The fundamental objective set under RePLAY project is to elaborate and implement a pilot model for cooperation and join action of local stakeholders aiming to make a substantial contribution for prevention and reduction of youth unemployment by promotion ET 2020 Objectives related to equity, social inclusion and active citizenship and to raise awareness on the importance of design and implementation of prevention measures for youth unemployed at local and regional level.In this context are the activities planned. Through cooperation between 6 institutions and provision of expertise in research, analyses, consultations and trainings, the project results will respond to the needs for prevention of youth unemployment at local level. A package of practical tools will be created to support policy making – methodologies and logic matrixes, guides, forms, instructions and similar, allowing local authorities to elaborate local specialized measures preventing youth unemployed and regulation migration processes and/or inactivity of youth; 5 concrete regional/local plans for prevention of youth unemployment using the methodologies and logical matrix will be elaborated and presented at 4 stakeholders consultation events and 12 training seminars. Dissemination of the outcomes will be ensured not only in local, regional and national context, but at EU level and even beyond the EU, thanks to the existing networks and partnerships of all organizations involved in RePLAY consortia.
