To deal with the alarming rise in CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) and the publics concern about the toxicity of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emitted every day by some industries, the project wants to develop adsorption and catalytic treatment processes for companies in the cross-border area. In addition, the partners want to study to what extent VOCs are toxic.The objective is to destroy VOCs by converting them into products that are harmless to humans or recycle them into useful products.
