"Reduce - Reuse - Recycle" is a project about the concept of 3R and the importance of understanding and accepting this concept as part of our daily life. When everyone works together, we can make the best use of our planet’s natural resources. When you recycle the products you use every day, like cardboard boxes, milk jugs, and soda cans, you give new life to items that used to be thrown away, you save energy and help lower greenhouse gas emissions in the process. This exchange will raise the awareness of not only the 3R but also for the protection of the environment, pollution that man kind is making with stuff we produce and consume every day, selection of garbage and garbage removal. Youngsters working together to save environment. It will happen in Strumica, Macedonia with 42 youngsters taking part in it - Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria will join creative thinking, exchange ideas, knowledge, and experience, positive examples through non-formal workshops, team building, role play, and creative workshops. The project will fight people ignorance towards the pollution they are making with garbage. Youngsters will at the end of the exchange invent new games that can be played with kids age 6-12 interesting and educative at the same time, games that will help young kids to understand the importance of 3R concept and clean nature as well. At the last day of the exchange a competition will be organized involving 90 local kids from a local school in playing the games created by our group of youngsters. Participants will present the idea of selective garbage removal and recycling in order to save the environment. As a final result a promotional film and booklet will be created with information on environment pollution and ways to prevent it. Participants countries cultures will be present, European diversity will be promoted and tolerance and respect between youngsters coming from different backgrounds will be achieved.
