As a part of an innovative corporation, we, the training department constantly seek for renewal and improvement. This includes new outlines of professions andthe optimal usage of didactical methods to transfer knowledge. Since we are an international company, the English language is commonly used within our departments. The Erasmus+ program is an excellent opportunity to improve on our language skills and competence. With regard to previous mobilityprojects we consider an aboard stay of 4 weeks to at least 7 weeks because familiarity andtherefore fluency needs a reasonable amount of time.Furthermore with this mobility project we want extend the understanding and tolerance towards other cultures. We encourage our apprentices to deal with foreign cultures and especially their own culturally characterized behavior.The internships are expected to deepen the professional expertise of our apprentices. At best they are able to master new technologies. Sole usage of already mastered techniques can be trained in another working environment.After a comprehensive preparation comprising organizational, personal, Linguistically and technical aspects, the apprentices will complete a languagecourse within the first week in the UK or in Spain, followed by 3-6 weeks of industrial placement.The participants which spend their time in France, will be instructed by the team colleagues in place, to get the necessary input for their stay at a subsidiary of Recaro.Self supply is an essential part, additional to the previous stated components of the mobility period.It is indispensable to us that we include apprentices from all our occupationalgroups in the program to gain as much experiences as possible. Our intentionis, to transport these experiences across the company, the schools and private surroundings to arouse public interest in international internships and to expand this particular project.The expected outcomes of the project are highly motivated, skilled and eloquentyoung people, sensitized towards intercultural situations who are capable of supporting international actions within our company as future professionals.Overall there are 6 planned flows (between 4 and 7 week). The first one will take place in August/September 2016consisting of 5 apprentices going to Great Britan for seven weeks.Another two in April/May 2017 consisting of 3 apprentice going to Spain or France for four weeks.The next one in August/September 2017 consisting of 5 apprentices each going to Great Britain for 7 weeks and an additional two in April/May 2018 consisting 2 apprentices to Spain or Great Britain for four weeks.
