Real Estate Investment for a bi-polar Hungarian-Romanian SME Development Cooperation (HURO-INVEST)

The aim of the business infrastructure development project is to establish business service centres on the two sides of the border which can offer services/projects for the target group for free of charge or for cost-price (in Satu Mare, Romania for utility costs only). The concrete goals are to strengthen the business relations over the border for SMEs and to support the company foundations at the partner country which may help to improve the given company\'s position. The partners set as aims to facilitate the cooperation\'s among the SMEs near the border and to prepare enterprise development projects in the future as well. In practice it would mean: in Nyíregyháza, Hungary the Lead Partner programs will be placed in an "Enterprise Centre" that can offer EU level services easily reachable for the target group. In Satu Mare, Romania "Crafts House" will be established that can offer workshops, training rooms, conference and exhibition centre for Romanian enterprisers. At both places a "Hungarian- Romanian SME Development Division" will be established that will facilitate the cooperation among the enterprises and improve their operating effectiveness. The direct target group of the project is mainly the SMEs of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg and Satu Mare counties. Expected Results: Among the project results: 2 buildings rehabilitated, 2 cross-border business centres established.
