„Ready for Experience“ is an EVS project which is focused on a volunteer service in the Centre of leisure time activities for children, youth, adults and families in Stare Mesto, Czech Republic. The project is designed for one volunteer and involves partner countries – the Czech Republic and Germany. The project was designed thanks to good experience with volunteering and long-term interests of the organisation to do activities for young people. The main goal is to activate young people for meaningful using of their free time and to set up a new open club for youth "Coolna". The volunteer will spend a whole year in new environment where them gain new experience through leading of language courses, open clubs for children and youth, hobby groups and other activities in the organisation. Volunteer will play an important role in implementing new activities connected with freetime interests of young people in Stare Mesto. All activities will be done with support of the employees, coordinator or the mentor. The volunteer will use and develop for the target group various non formal educational activities (discussion, music, creativity, films, languages, sport, EU values etc.). We believe that the volunteer will bring fresh air to a community, to encourage young people to communicate in English or Germany and to meet different culture and country. The volunteer will get new personal and work experience useful for their future job and life. We will take care of the promotion of the projcet trough local media and the internet. The project will affect the knowledge and the competences in the field of creativity, non-formal education, working with youth, learning languages and employment.
