RE.LOAD - Laboratories for REcovery and deepening of Learning Or Aimed at Deconstructive/transitional approaches to student's vocational guidance
The main objective of the proposal was the construction of a transnational partnership able to adapt and transfer the project «NETWORKING FOR EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING SUCCESS. ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS, TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES» through the comparison-exchange with the initiatives put in action in the different territorial contexts with the aim to improve and develop models and planning methodologies which have been studied during the development of the original project. In particular we have realized prototypes of laboratorial activities to be tested in different national and transnational contexts in order to improve the actions of accompaniment and vocational guidance for teenagers, from 14 to 18 years of age, put in action in the different contexts. The project was developed in three phases.The first phase of the project was dedicated to the comparative study analysis of the situations which characterize the different territorial contexts focusing the attention on the analysis of good practices related to: integration between school and employment/labour market; personalization of vocational training pathways in the phases of transition from school to active and working life as activated in the different contexts. The second phase was dedicated to the adaptation and implementation of products. The adaptation that we have realized, even in function of the context enhancements derived from the transnational comparison, concern different typologies: 1) contents adaptation: trying, on one hand, to extend the exemplifications towards new disciplines and professional learning areas in comparison to those emerged from the first experimentation realized within the original Good practice, and, on the other hand, trying to create tools for key-competences learning; 2) linguistic adaptation; 3) methodological adaptation; 4) technological adaptation. The third phase has transferred and has experimentated the final product within a certain number of Educational and Vocational Training institutions of the different Countries partners. The main objectives of the final product of the project concerned mainly the experimentation, to be carried out also with applicative experiences in the field of e-learning, deepening, recovery and development learning laboratories.
