For this project, the partners define actions based on the potential in the field of heritage and architecture, which was identified in the context of INTERREG III.They raise the awareness of the public in general and project developers and other professionals with regard to sustainable renovations and encourage them to take environmental challenges into account.In addition, the partners take a look at the situation in the cross-border area (violations, shortcomings, ...) and, on the basis thereof, assess what resources are needed and which training courses should be adapted.Moreover, they adjust training programmes to new regulations (energy performance of buildings, etc.).To preserve the local cultural identity, the partners also encourage respect for the characteristics of existing buildings. With the eco-renovation concept, they express their appreciation for the building trade.
