The program focuses on acquiring a higher level of interaction between students’ individual abilities and social aims by developing key competences, defined in the European Reference Frame: communication skills in a foreign language, basic knowledge in the sphere of technology, digital competence, etc. The project has been elaborated to fit the market needs in Plovdiv and the region in accordance with the Economic developing priority of Plovdiv, as well as the regional plan for employment stimulation. The mobility program allows specialized training in an area, which is not included in the educating programs for students, preparing to receive a qualification as economists. Acquiring such a qualification will satisfy the demands in economy - economics and organization of the company by means of providing trained SAP specialists and will enable the realization of users of activities, which are introduced in the practical training in an advanced way. SAP certificates are really important in today’s competitive labor market and the training will facilitate students’ transition from education to work activities. The purpose of the organization of the mobility is to build professional competence in implementing of activities, related to management in companies, having different organizational and territorial structure, field of activity and volume of activity. This project is aimed at a group of 20 users, which will be selected according to different criteria among the students of The National High School of Commerce – Plovdiv, from IX, X, XI and XII grades, specializing in "Administration and Management". The mobility will be accomplished in partnership with Alfatraining, Karlsruhe – Germany – Center for professional training and a licensed education partner of SAP Deutschland AG by a program approved of both sides and brought into line with SAP specialists. While fulfilling the working schedule users will acquire new knowledge and experience in the essence and functioning of management systems and resource planning, support and data control at report level. Students will also gain experience in working with specialized software, budget controlling, financial and accounting activities. They will be introduced to the practical fulfillment and monitoring of resources and warehouse management. All these will contribute to the higher quality of students’ training and will increase their competitiveness at the European labor market. The program stimulates the improvement of professional skills and key competences – skills in foreign language communication, communicative skills, skills for applying Computer and Communication Technologies, which contribute to developing work confidence and helps to make professional education seem more attractive. All of the above lead to a better coordination between education, research activities and innovation, which form the so called ‘triangle of knowledge’. Students’ stay in Germany will expand their knowledge about the culture, tradition, lifestyle and work in a country, member of the European Union.
