The project “Development of marketing skills and application of the Internet to advertise tourism” was initiated by “Aleko Konstantinov”Vocational School of Economics, Kardzhali. It was aimed to a target group of 20 students aged 16-18 years (11th grade), from different ethnic groups, training in the following specialties: ”Operational accounting”, ”Banking”, ”Economic informatics”, "Economics and Management". Mobility of the users was implemented in Rimini, Italy, on real work placements agreed upon by the partner ETN Management Srl., with individual tutors for each user. The implementation period was provided from 31.08.2015 till 22.09.2015. The main aim was in the context of the "Lifelong Learning" and the Europe 2020 Strategy for a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The specific objectives of project were targeted at acquiring new professional skills and competencies of the users in the field of marketing and internet advertising. In the curriculum of subjects taught in our school, there is not included training in marketing and the acquisition of knowledge and practical experience in this area appeared as an added value for beneficiates in provided at school vocational training. For the purpose of quality implementation of the project there were planned and implemented the following activities: 1. Preparation of detailed project program of the training period together with the partner, including negotiation of workplaces, accommodation of the users, certification of acquired knowledge, skills and competences. 2. Preparation and selection of the beneficiaries conducted by the sending organization. 3. Organization of the mobility 4. Conclude a Training Agreement and Quality Commitment of the mobility and signing a contract between the partner and the beneficiaries 5. Conclusion of individual agreements on mobility practice "Erasmus +" with beneficiaries. 6. Conducting the mobility 7. Preparation of final reports by beneficiaries, sending and host organizations 8. Promotion of the results of the project implementation 9. Preparation of the final report on the project. The methodology that was used for the realization of project envisaged a system of planning, controlling, initiation, management by setting team for the project, distribution of the tasks and obligations of the partner, on the one hand, and team members on the other hand, monitoring, mentoring, tutoring, promotion, certification and so on. The expected results were achieved – the beneficiaries acquired professional knowledge and skills in marketing and use of ICTs; introducing good production practices of companies in a highly developed tourist region; increasing their language competence, creating a professional attitude and responsibility for completion of tasks; developing of entrepreneurship; studying the capacities of the Internet as a part of the advertising policy of the company; awareness of belonging to the European family. In the long term this type of practice will enable users of the project to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. Implementation of mobility will lead to a stronger connection of professional practice with the requirements of the dynamic business environment in Bulgaria and Europe. Participation in the project led to increasing their experience in the implementation of mobile projects and cross-cultural contacts for sending and for receiving organizations. It also increased their authority as potential partners in other projects. Developed and implemented work program can be multiplexed and applied in practical training in other similar schools. Our partner in the project was ETN Management Srl. from Italy. The Agency fully met our requirements for collaboration, taking as a host country to meet, train, supervise and organize the users’ practice. The planned activities for dissemination of the project results and benefits from it are realized.
