"Rap For Your Hope" is a youth exchange that will bring together 16 young people from four European countries, it will take place in Tirana, capital of Albania. We choose to bring two partners from EU member countries for decades, France and Portugal, and two partners from candidate countries for accession to the EU, Albania and Macedonia. The participants will be mostly young people between 18 and 26 years from disadvantaged backgrounds and/or immigrant. The exchange will last 13 days and will be punctuated by the collective work of producing a digital audiovisual media rap, reflecting their vision of citizenship. This support and some other non-formal learning activities will meet with topics such as: - European citizenship - Inclusion - Cultural differences, etc. Learning and objectives will be achieved through a collaborative creative process of rap music songs and videos that reflect the vision of these young people about Europe of the future. All those creations will be freely distributed on a digital media support to European youngsters, and will also be presented publicly in Tirana, at the end of the exchange.
