“Harvest from young minds to build the future” is a project that fulfills the unitary concept of the SPE, which has more than six hundred pupils divided between three linguistic sections, all with mother tongue teachers. Its aim is to reinforce a real European space of abilities, skills and qualifications for “making Europe” in an innovative, creative and inclusive way.In the perspective of a continually changing world, our school promotes working mobility in order to foster new creative, inclusive and modern growth, ready to face the challenges of the 21st century. In the international dimension, the goal of educational success in the student life plan, represents the foundation and the purpose of SEP that, in this perspective, has to meet the professional development needs of the teachers and administrative personnel, allowing the realization of an educational path able to cover the whole range of education. The planning of the ten mobility figures (seven teachers from all three language sections, the School Director, the Head Secretary, an Educational Counselor) going abroad to attend structured courses in several European countries is functional to a transversal and progressive training process, aimed at promoting optimal management of the School. Each participant is characterized by a European profile of knowledge of foreign languages, with specific abilities and skills in their own professional and teaching fields. The participants will be guided and monitored by the School Director and the Strategic Area Management for school professional development. The short and long term sustainability of actions undertaken will be evaluated related to any changes and improvements of the expected goals. A quality professional development process will enrich our school system with student-centered creative, inclusive and technological practices, and aims to turn our school into an open community in which innovation is embraced and encouraged.Activities will not end with the mere training process, but will continue through active and ongoing cooperation among the teachers with a broad range of outcomes for the pupils, by using the E-Twinning platform and other channels of communication. The assimilated skills will contribute to enhance the whole school organization.
