Date du début: 15 sept. 2015, Date de fin: 14 janv. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The involvement of citizens into the decision-making process regarding most important aspects of society represents a preoccupation that has manifested itself under different shapes, that have evolved in the same with the human kind history. Having the European Union concept and through the increasing of the communitary space into 28 states, generations from the last 7 decades have accumulated superior knowledge and have been stimulated to participate more and more actively in the defining of publice policies. Together with the economic crisis that has visibly marked the evolution of events in the last 7-8 years, this need is even more profoundly felt, especially amongst the young generation that confronts at the European level with the biggest unemployment rate in the last century. We consider that an even more vulnerable group from this point of view is represented by those young people that live in small towns (under 100.000 inhabitants) or in svillages, many of those depending of the agriculture system and of certain industries, which emphasize social crisis in periods of economic depression. We envisage that the ”Public Policies for Young People: from Knowledge to Involvement” project can come in the need of selected beneficiaries in order to permit them to participate in the activities we have designed for the 10 days, that have as purpose to make them accumulate knowledge in the field and to drive to the achievement of desired objectives, of which they can make use in the communities they are part of for contributing to improving personal life, and as well that of social groups and professional environment that are part of. The implementation team has formulated 4 objectives to be reached. The success of their achievement will be permanently monitored and evaluated during the activities. - Raising the level of competences in the fieled of public policies for the 36 participants following the 10 days of project - Encouraging an attitude of involvement and responsibility in NGO specific activities and projects concerning improvement of public policies for employment - Facilitating the experience exchange between beneficiaries on the specific of each participant state - Realizing of a case study on international teams, starting from the situarion in the origine countries, by using the information gained during the project's activities Within the project, there will participate 6 people from each country, from which 5 youngsters and one group-leader. The 36 participants will be selected with the help of partner organizations so they match the target-group profile the implementation team is planning to coordinate: young people originating from rural places or small towns from the participating countries. As well, the recommendation that our organization has for the other 5 partners is represented by the wish for respecting the gender equality in what concerns the selection of participants. During the 10 days of project, our guests will gain a series of knowledge regarding involvement in formulating of public policies in the communities they are part of, will work in international teams for elaborating a case study concerning the needs and proposed solutions for the involvement into the public policies and will participate to open debates with experts, in the field of public policies, on themes that are compatibles with the objectives of the project. The experts will chose the work methods most efficient, upon preferences. During activities, there will be combined non-formal education methods with free discussions and debates in which all beneficiaries will be actively involved. They will be able to achieve superior knowledge grace to work visits effectuated within institutions located in the geographical area where the project will take place and to cultural visits established through the schedule. In the same time, through the internstional teams work for the case study, all 36 participants will exchange knowledge and expertise with concern to situations specific to topics addressed, at personal level, also local and national. The project of Se Poate Association has as purpose to stimulate the involvement into public policies of participants, into the communities they are part of. Besides a good knowledge of civil rights and obligations, a pro-active attitude which generates participation in volunteering actions or in NGO's activities cand contribute at maintaining a socially-healthy community. Frequesnt involvement of younsgsters into this kind of activities can become an impetus for the authorities and the political system to work under a positive pressure in the process of solving problems characteristic to the community.
