The project aims at developing the qualities and professional skills of the students, who are trained to become economic technicians. In October 2016 the project beneficiaries are to perform their professional training in companies in Hannover in Germany. The students who will take part in this project already have general knowledge of economics, accountancy, company management and law. During their work placements students will be able to perform tasks in office administration, bookkeeping, customer service and in the field of logistics, which shall give them an opportunity to use their theoretical knowledge and gain new skills. The objectives of the project: - increasing mobility and competitivness of its participants on the Polish and European labour markets; - making the trainees open and tolerant towards cultural, national and religious diversity; - developing students' creativity and responsibility for their professional performance; - promoting students' active approach to their professional careers; - enlarging language competence; During the recruitment process the final group of 15 beneficiaries will be selected. All students interested in taking part in this project will have an opportunity to apply for it. Recruitment jury will guarantee all applicants equal access to the project, regardless of their sex, gender and origin. Yet, the students from a potentially underpriviledged family background will be given extra points. The beneficiaries will go to Hannover, Germany to have their work placement in companies in Lower Saxony. The program of the training has been discussed with the partner organisation and modified to meet Polish trainees' needs. The document includes the range of possible tasks and duties for the Polish students to perform. Taking part in the project will help Polish trainees get extra skills and competences, enlarge their professional knowledge, broaden their experience, especially in working in a multicultural context, and finally, enlarge their command of English and /or German.
