Proyecto pedagógico europeo Escuela de Escritores 2014-2015
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project includes three core activities: five days of teaching exchange at University of Jyväskylä and Orivesi College of Arts, a two months job shadowing activity at the Scuola Holden and a teaching abroad course imparted by a selected teacher from Escuela de Escritores in Scuola Holden. The three activities are created within the context of global adult education, and particularly in the frame of creative writing teaching in collaboration with other European schools. This multicultural and interinstitutional context envisages the crucible in which a nourished exchange of techniques, teaching strategies and proposals will be carried out in order to improve the quality and richness of teaching approaches amongst the participants. The preset number of participants for the various activities has been assigned according to the dimensions and the inner demands of each singular initiative. Thus, a total of 5 participants will attend to University of Jyväskylä and Orivesi College of Arts, framed within staff mobility for pedagogical training. This agreed number is proportional to the exchange participation estimated over 23 universities and schools. For the other two activities regarding professional observation and teaching abroad in Scuola Holden one person each will be selected. The activities, methodologies and profiles planned for each individual project are: I. Pedagogical exchange in University of Jyväskylä and Orivesi College of Arts: courses and workshops held during 21 to 25 October 2014 . This activity will be attended by a manager with both leading and negotiation skills, an academic coordinator with a wide pedagogical background and three teachers with English proficiency and linked to different disciplines. II. Job shadowing into Scuola Holden (Turin, Italy): One person related to the European projects of Escuela de Escritores will travel to Turin in order to develop a follow up job concerning the pedagogical framework and both European and international cooperation strategies in Scuola Holden. This person will document the experience from a pedagogical diary, weekly reports along with an interactive blog. III. Teaching abroad course in Scuola Holden (Turin, Italy): A teacher from Escuela de Escritores with plenty teaching experience and proficiency in English will be selected to impart a four days course as part of an educational exchange agreement with the Italian school. The results, impact and potential long-term benefits consolidate a triad within each activity: I. Teaching exchange in University of Jyväskylä and Orivesi College of Arts: it is expected to improve our quality of education, upgrade the professional skills of teachers and learn new methodologies and educational systems. Additionally, we foresee to spread our own educational perspectives and contrast them with new public as a step towards the internationalization of the work achieved by Escuela de Escritores and as a way to consolidate our leadership in and out Spain . II. Job shadowing at Scuola Holden (Turin, Italy): the integration of the methods observed and apprehended both from a pedagogical and strategical point of view throughout a process of emulation and contrast. We also expect the consolidation of further collaborative bonds with Scuola Holden as part of our agenda for European cooperation, and its subsequent improvement regarding the performance of our department of European affairs. III. Teaching abroad course at Scuola Holden (Turin, Italy): by participating in this experience we foresee to encourage and motivate teachers’ exchanges amongst different schools in Europe as well as to stimulate a greater involvement of creative writing professionals in the European project. Additionally, we expect to contrast our methods with other schools and generate a plan for a wider exchange partnership in the future. In short, with all these experiences we visualise to lay the groundwork for a Spanish project with a European identity based on the values of intercultural and intergenerational cooperation equally sustained on dialogue, collaborative pedagogical construction and creativity.
