The city of Toledo have been detected quite a few cases of school failure, from Llere carried out actions that aim to reduce this problem. These experiences, together with the demands of teachers, parents, neighbors and other agents have resulted in the need to articulate a project that were the problem globally and from different perspectives. This is decided different proposals for work on the three main themes to be considered within the school failure: gap, absenteeism and dropout. Thus intends to respond to the needs of children, adolescents and adults with difficulties different according to their different realities, but all of them framed and coordinated intervention with municipal social services. Our priority objective focuses on prevent progression of the causes that prevent a normalized school adaptation and obtain the attendance of all / as the / as children of compulsory school age who are in situation of vulnerability or social exclusion, in offering and creating support measures to schooling through the monitoring and reduction of truancy and mediation between family and schoolpromoting the standardization of training levels in primary, the incorporation and attendance in school. As well as the completion of the studies required to gain access to the labour market. These measures take into account the social, family and educational dimensions by four kinds of actions: preventive actions to encourage early intervention that prevents the emergence of absentee behaviors and school failure; Of control and follow-up actions to normalize the intervention effective in cases of absentee behaviors; Fostering actions to support the process of school integration of absentee students; and, finally, globalizing actions that ensure the complementarity and consistency of the intervention of all the agents involved: educational centres, children, families, social services, entities, etc.
