This Erasmus + KA102 project requested by our study center Europa Fashion, with the full support of his leadership and cooperation from teachers, emerges as the continued need for mobility projects, due to the previous success, coming from the participants?s opinion, host`s opinion and our opinion. Your profile is characterized as being about 20 years younger on average, although there is no age limit, usually without work experience and maturity requirements. Participants will be students who need to make a training iat VET Medium Cycles Hairdressing and Aesthetics and Training students for employment in both specialties. The methodology will be the use of an online platform for students who are interested in, as they pursue their VET studies So that once they have passed their evaluations in their respective courses succesfully they can make their training at entreprises, so this project is part of their FCTs. Shares will be made until the deadline of 06/10/2015. The major objective of improving their technical and language training, as well as enhance your personal growth. They will be in the activities, practices relating to their previous studies, at their skills and while diving into French language and culture and the host has an added value with the necessary infrastructure to teach language and culture . The impact that we would like to build long term relationships with our project, would be to obtain a job by the participants in the tourist areas of our country or outside the country, as more professionals who speak another language besides required breast. The main benefits , doing this action, would be the improvement in training, openness to diversity and knowledge of another language and culture.
