Participants' number: 14 students
The particular plan included six visits to model educational foundations of preschool training in Italy, which implement innovative pedagogical approaches.At the same time,according to this program, the participants attended two seminars which were focus on topics concerning the development of educational programs addressing children who attend pre-school education as well as the children's drawing and its importance.Finally, the participants also attended a seminar about the results of this action (evaluation and feedback).
Moreover, the schedule included two cultural visits to San Marino and Venice so that the participants will be able to become familiar with the Italian culture and civilisation through all these organised tours.Therefore, through this plan of actions, we all, both students and teachers, had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, experiences and benefits in terms of personal as well as academic level. More specifically, we learned about Italy's innovative educational systems which, as a result, will attribute some kind of European dimension to our studies. Besides,
this whole action will make us become more progressive teachers since our horizons are broadened and our mind opened up.
To sum up, all this experience and knowledge was transferred back to Greece through a variety of presentations and activities so as to get other teachers and students to participate in such actions. In this way we will manage those people, who are responsible for education and foundations, generally, as well as educational and life-long learning authorities, to be motivated to keep learning and evolving professionally.
