We daily run various projects for the youth with, among all the objectives, to make them discover new culture. This happen mostly during summer with our international workcamps and also during ou european project involving people from various countries.We want to allow a volunteer from abroad to be a part of our organization, to get involved in our projects and share the culture. All this to get an intercultural vision all year long and share our various experiences.Objectives for Concordia:- To get an intercultural aspect on all our work- Involve all the volunteers (EVS and Service Civique) in the sharing of culture all year long- Allow a volunteer to be a part of various project in a new organizationObjectives for Viktoriia:- Get involved in intercultural projects- Coordination, animation, organization of activities- Communication, creation of various ways to valorize european activities- Animate meetings with youth to inform them about European mobilityActivitiesSeptember : - Evaluation of the season ; get to know the projects and be a part of the organization of the end of summer event. - Prepare the presentation of the European and international project to the high school student/youth and every month in a casual way.October-December :- Meet the youth to inform them about mobility- Writing of european project and animating those who are already approved- Participation to the research of new workcamp project and new partnership January-March : - Presentation of the activities during meetings in various cities of the region Pays de Loire, Normandie et Centre- Work with the other volunteer on their projectsApril-May:- Co-animate a little workcamp for the children of the neighborhood- Participate at the General Assembly of the organization - Evaluation of the volunteering and finalization of the projectsJune-July-August :- Take part to the training for workcamp leader- Animate one or two workcampsImpact and resultsTo have a EVS volunteer will give an intercultural and european look on our daily practice thanks to the collaboration with french volunteers, the youth, the partners and local stakeholders.
