Promotion de la mobilité des stagiaires (et personnels accompagnants) du CFA Interpro de la Marne

The Centre Alfor will implement 2 types of period abroad for production-training for their 16 -25 year-old apprentices and trainees enrolled at the CFA Interpro de la Marne. Plans: Some short period stays (for 2weeks long) for 5 groups to 4 destinations (the United Kingdom, Greece, Norway and Hungary (the last 2 being in progress). These stay will count for subjects like sales, food department jobs, hairdressing and florist art and so on... Some post-certificate long period stays (superior to 2 months) for 3 apprentices to 2 destinations (The United Kingdom and Greece). The aim: give the apprentices the means to reinforce their technical skills and competences to evolve and adapt to the European job market as well as learning foreign languages, discovering different culture and ways of living and other working techniques. Within this ERASMUS + programme, the Centre Alfor wants to emphasize on its policy towards vocational training and education opened to abroad vocational training systems with exchanges with other European countries. Thanks to this policy, the trainees of the CFA will become the most important protagonists in the future years and will contribute to remove some companies' reluctance to work with the European market. The teacher trainer mobility will help to enforce the whole partnerships with Centre Alfor.
