Promoting Environmental Management in Hospitals
Caring for more than just patients : The project's Internet platform provides opportunities for initial and further training of hospital staff on issues related to the preservation of the environment. Medical schools have the option to expand and revise traditional teaching methods. Furthermore, the platform enables communication and exchanges between hospitals with respect to environmental management. This project started in 2001 and lasted 36 months.
