This training course on promoting cultural diversity in youth work will bring together in September 2011 in Crimea, Ukraine 24 youth workers, youth leaders and NGO representatives from 3 Programme Countries and 3 Partner countries, i.e. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Armenia. The main aim of the training course is to enable participants to more effectively deal with issues of cultural diversity in a multi-cultural youth work context. Youth in Action programme is one of the main elements of this training course. This course will also promote the youth exchanges as a tool within Youth in Action programme to enable participants to act as multipliers in their communities and use the Programme as an effective tool for their future activities in the field of cultural diversity.
