This consortium is composed of Interechanges, and different Léo Lagrange institutions, based on several regions: East-Central, West and North-Ile de France. For all, we are part of the same economic and social unit of the Federation Léo Lagrange. Since 2008, we have become an international association, with the entry into our boards of European and African administrators. So there is a real desire to internationalize our association and promote actions and projects developed in this area. As part of the 3-E project "Europe, Employment, Engagement," our key audiences are young adults, 18 to 25 years, little or no education in the process of defining their professional project, but we also go to job seekers under 30 years. We work in partnership with local missions, employment centers, training centers, businesses, local authorities, associations of the social and solidarity economy. We have developed a wide experience in the preparation and organization of work placements for this type of public. Our network of partner organizations is constantly evolving and covers the majority of business sectors. It consists of companies, public institutions, training centers and organizations of the social economy. Our work aims to enable young trainees in vocational training courses to achieve consistent with their profile and professional project, while benefiting from educational support, enhanced cultural and linguistic. Research internship, monitoring and evaluation are also very important steps of our work.
