The Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Ltd. has been established on 2003. summer at Msikolc. We are dealing with automotive industry parts, starter engine, relay, electric engine, that we deliver to significant automotive companies. From climet parts to electrical engines and windshieldwipers we keep launching new products. We have more and more employees. Being on of the biggest employer there is always a strong need to get qualified technicians. Therefore our managing director has signed a long-term agreement with the Mayor of Miskolc on 31th of August 2013. The strategic collaboration’s main aim is to renew technical education at Andrassy Gyula Technician School to get professionals with up-to-date technicial knowledge. Bosch and Miskolc City Mayor’s Office is intented to cooperate with each other to harmonize technicial education and industry’s needs from the method of education and newest curriculum to application and exam procedure. Therefore our company established TGA Study Workshop to support students with technical education. The Mechatronic Training (OKJ no.: 5452304) starts on September of 2015 as part of BOSCH Technical Program. It is etitled to educate the technical knowledge, skills and routines and the most necessary actions, manners, habits that is cruicial on workfield. It is both important to imporove working skills and high-level, modern technical knowledge. Dual vocational training has a 100yrs history in Germany. They have been educating important technical skills as self-working, susceptiblety of new technologies, analitical thinking, cooperativity, startegical thinking and decision-making since the sixties. They made many research and finally project system turned out to be the best. TGA Centrum in Bruhl uses the same method. The self-coaching study method enlights a very new approach on the field of teacher-student relationship. Teachers role changes in this method. They organizing self-study groups, preparing, advising and help more to those students needed. We would like to observe, discuss and understand this method to be able to put it into practice. We applied for student and teacher mobility program to reach the above mentioned goal. Currently we have four teachers. We scheduled their two-week study trip at 2015.October and 2016. January. 6-6 mechatronic students would travel twice for a 30dys period each time. Hungarian and German students would co-make a mechatronical product, which would be brought home by Hungarian students. Two teachers would help them to conclude the project, for two weeks each. Using the experience gained, as final result we would make our new, modern technical education method model and Hungarian-Germany Mechatronical Dictionary. Our dual technical education system refreshes and starts to open up to iternational changes, due to project’s effect. We will get technicals with modern knowledge and it helps to save our competitveness. More and more students choose our company during their dual education. Participate students’ self-confidence and self-reognition, educational marks and entilement toward their profession and responsibility strengthen. They learn acting and working in a team and will have a better chance to be employed. Teachers professional skills, motivation and satisfication enlarge and they will gain more career possiblity.
