The Carl Benz School is a technical vocational school in the dual education system in cooperation with external partners and training organizations. In the election education, the school forms BVJ and BF find the task of vocational basic education as well as various types of school in order to obtain higher qualifications (BOS, HBF, technical schools, vocational high school). We teach to time 2500 pupils aged between 15 and 40 years. Over the past 15 years, we have projects with partners from France, Finland, Denmark, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia performed. To keep in school the necessary know-how, training like this are absolutely necessary and desired by the school community. We teach students from many countries around the world. The variety can be found here in a good cooperation. The positive view of others and learn from him that we promote. We have at our school a space of silence (Tralog of cultures) can set in which can meet or withdraw any. We urgently need training in the field: organization, management, structuring and shaping of international exchange projects. The evaluation of such projects to be stabilized, we need a new impetus in this area. Furthermore, there is an urgent need for the training regarding the use of innovative teaching materials and modern teaching methods. For the development of language skills for. Example would be the training of teachers / -Innen in dealing with eTwinning of great importance. The project: "Project Management for intercultural exchange projects in Europe3" used to expand the intercultural competences of teachers. In addition, the project management competencies can be used to make further contacts with European partners and schools in the near future and to initiate the corresponding projects. As a result, the attractiveness and quality of school work is increased immensely. For the school the formation of a school development group to consisting of a school board member, the choice of career coordinator, the Commissioner for Integration and other interested teachers available to take care of these tasks. We want to promote interculturalism through an opening outwards and inwards. This means: Cooperation with institutes of education Region (VHS, other schools, migrant associations, charities, professional services) Inlets instead select, intercultural school life (Room of Silence, Trialogue of Cultures, pupil exchange, multilingualism).
