Project management for cross-cultural exchange projects in Europe
Date du début: 1 juin 2015,
Date de fin: 31 mai 2017
Changes in the social environment (keyword migration) have led to changes from a regional labour markets into an European labour market and thus to changes in the requirements for our school. Our school aims to prepare students for Europe and the European labour market - not only by compulsory practical work training, but also by other projects. For this reason the intercultural skills and project management skills of the teachers college in terms of an Europe open school should be significantly improved, for example by intercultural training courses and project management training courses.
During the joint visit of the courses with teachers from other countries the intercultural learning not only takes place during the seminar time but also throughout the week.
For that reason our teachers have the opportunity to meet potential project partners and to have the opportunity to discuss and plan school exchanges, e-twinning or other projects.
