3 partners will participate in the project. Leading and sending partner in the project is Vocational School on Forestry and Woodworking “Sava Mladenov”, Teteven, Association Ouvrière des Compagnons du Devoir du Tour de France (AOCDTF) and Forestry Secondary School in Krivoklat are receiving transnational partners. Key Activity 1 In the project will participate 15 end-users who will increase their knowledge and skills, and 2 attendants also from the school. The end-users are students from the specialty "Furniture production" in Vocational school on Forestry and Woodworking “Sava Mladenov". The project is aiming to satisfy the needs of the students to receive professional training and experience in the field of new techniques and technologies in production of exterior doors of solid wood for housing and public buildings. The international training process is necessary for the enrichment of the knowledge and skills of the target group, which later will be able to put them in practice. As far as the educational practice is mostly focused on the development of these practical skills, it will fully satisfy the needs of the end-users of combining both theory and practice, and will lead to achieved higher professional level and personal development. In addition, the ability to master the new techniques and technologies in the field of proceeding of doors of solid wood in line with the dynamic and changing business conditions and the demand and requirements of the market will result in higher competitive power for the users, in particular competitive power at international level. The overall objective of the current project is through the mobility to increase and improve the knowledge and skills of the students, which will contribute to the higher professional level of the end-users. The mobility will take place in the training center and production workshops of AOCDTF), France. It is planned to take place in April 2015 with a duration of 2 weeks (14 calendar days, of which 10 are working days). Key Activity 2 Ten teachers and responsible persons for the educational process in the school will participate in the project aiming to increase their knowledge, skills and qualification through exchange of experience and good practices with their colleagues of Secondary School in Krivoklat in the fields of: - Planning of the educational process in forestry; - Vocational training and education in the field of forestry; - Methods to reduce the risk of dropping out of school; - Prevention felling of forests. The exchange of international experience and good practices in planning of the educational process and cooperation with the business is needed for the target group in order to increase their knowledge, skills and qualification keeping in mind the strong relation between the quality of the teachers and responsible persons for managing educational institutions and the quality of the education and training. On the other hand the development of the technologies and new training methods in field of forestry in line with the requirements of the business and labour market lay down the necessity of exchange of experience and good practices for increasing the knowledge, skills and qualification of the teachers and responsible persons for the educational process in the school aiming to satisfy their needs for personal and professional development. The project global objective is through the mobility to raise the knowledge, skills and qualification of the teachers and responsible persons for the educational process in the school which implemented in the practice to contribute the improvement of the attractiveness, quality and efficiency of the professional training and education in vocational school “Sava Mladenov”. Project specific objectives are, as follows: - Increasing the knowledge, skills and qualification of the participants for assuring qualitative and effective vocational training and education in vocational school “Sava Mladenov”; - Exchange of experience and good practices in planning of the educational process and managing of the human resources for increasing the attractiveness of the vocational training and education in vocational school “Sava Mladenov”. The expected project results are, as follows: - Better knowledge, skills and qualification for the participants needed for the qualitative planning of the educational process in line with the labour market requirements and the requirements of the business – achieving these knowledge and skills through exchange of experience and good practices; The mobility will be implemented in the training centre of Secondary Forestry School in Krivoklat.
