Meeting the need of his students from vocational education profile sports-football, to improve performance by learning to grow professionally and personally, in order to integrate successfully into the labor market, High Technology Nucet implemented the project Progressive and innovative Approaches in football training.In basic as sending organization Nucet High Technology collaborated with host organization Club de futbol base Ciutat de Valencia and SL Esmovia-Sistema practices as a partner intermediar.In the project were proposed and achieved the following objectives: 1.development technical potential and improving individual and collective tactical skills in game conditions; 2.elaborating and organizing training and evaluation and interpretation training level sport other athletes; 3.training communication skills and competencies for Spanish language level A2; 4.the formation of solid mentality plan to stimulate the decision on the European labor market insertion; 5.deepening the concept of interculturalism, increasing self-esteem, understanding the status of a professional athlete and the formation of attitudes respect for values ​​europene.The project participants were 15 students in vocational training sector, sports profile, specialization football sports instructor for classes XI and XII B with the design proposed .According to the design proposed , during the project were carried out activities involving: setting management team, constant communication between partners, conducting briefings on the unfolding phased project for multiple categories of beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries of it-students, teachers, parents, local community, regional and national selection of participants, preparation of pedagogical, cultural and linguistic participants, providing practical and logistical arrangements, regulating issues of quality and management, monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of objectives, dissemination of project results. Subject matter and structure of the activities performed during the 2 weeks mobility have taken into account the objectives and planned on days school programs and taking into account the peculiarities of age and performance of students.So, it was designed and built an entirely activities program that developed the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities specific sports instructor duties, with various forms of initial assessment, formative and sumativa.Under the guidance of tutor, students have executed takeover techniques, leadership and hitting the ball head and leg , completing the procedures with and without opponent, job-specific technical and tactical actions, pressing, playing the counter attack interception, loads of game play in attack and defense game. Also, under observation protocol and conduct of daily activity concluded between school and football club Valencia, the students have deepened elements of investigation and assessment of the level of sports training and have developed and sustained sequences of lessons to groups of children and youth club gazda.The 15 participants in mobility have optimized skills and abilities in technical and tactical execution processes differentially for defender, goalkeeper, midfielder and striker, and have improved game system and have developed specific theoretical knowledge instructor profession sportiv.Also, all beneficiaries of this mobility have improved ability to use the terminology specific sport through continuous communication in Spanish, and have developed socialization skills, team spirit, have become more tolerant, more sensitive to cultural differences and aware of opportunities increased to integrate in the European labour market .The project assured of access to quality education for participants who received such significant support that give them a chance to compete for a job according to their qualification.Experience gained during the internship will positively influence the approach to career and professional training. Plus long-term value resides in the school curriculum optimization with improved training methods, techniques and innovative tactics taken from European football club. One aspect of local, regional and, also, national impact , unanticipated initial, was that this project has contributed to obtaining the title of 2016 European School of Technology School Nucet.
