TERMINÉ
The project of the Foundation for Support of Development “Innovator” has been prepared in response to the diagnosed deficits and needs of the board members and people cooperating with foundation - adult education staff to implement the European Development Plan of our organization.Together with the project partner EDOS Foundation operating in the Netherlands we plan do develop key competences of our adult education staff in the field of coaching, motivation of adults to learn and innovative training tools and methods.The purpose of the project is to raise competences of 5 people – adult aducation staff of our organization (who are professionally or voluntary active in the field of adult education) to improve the quality of learning and training adults and to better conform to the needs of labour market on the national and European level. The purpose of the projest is also to raise attractiveness and provide European and international dimension of the Foundation for Support of Development “Innovator”.Specific aims of the Project:- to acquire/raise knowledge and competences of adult education staff (2 board members and 3 volunteers) in the field of coaching, motivation of adults to learn and innovative training tools and methods,- to develop language skills in English of adult education staff in the field of adult education- to better adapt the trainings we offer to the needs and learning styles of our target groups,- to raise effectiveness and quality of the services we deliver in the field of adult education thanks to the competences that our adult education staff gains in the field of motivation of adults to learn, training tools and didactical methods, learning process, coaching skills and tools),- to gain experience in the field of implementing international educational projects.Within the preparation activities all 5 people will undertake English course (60 hours per person) to improve their English skills. The course will be carried out from September 2016 to February 2017. The participant of the course will learn both how to communicate in English in everyday situations and will improve communication skills to run training courses/workshops/coaching in English.Within the mobilities there will be organised 3 training courses by the EDOS Foundation in the city of Huissen (the Netherlands) from February 2017 to May 2017. Each of our adult education staff member will participate in 2 mobilities.1. Mobility - “Motivation of adults to learn” – 6-10 February 2017 (5 training days), 4 people.2. Mobility “Training for trainers” – 3-7 April 2017 (5 training days), 3 people.3. Mobility „Coaching” – 8-12 May 2017 (5 training days), 3 people.After the main activities within the project are completed we will develop international partnerships to organize and implement educational projects under KA1 and KA2 of the Erasmus+ Programme and to implement our European Development Plan.Direct impact of the project on its participants: raising competences, knowledge and skills in the field of adult education, international projects management, language skills to provide trainings, workshops and coaching in English.Project results:- 5 people (2 board members and 3 volunteers) who raise competences, knowledge and skills in the field of motivation of adults to learn, innovative training tools and methods and coaching,- 5 people (2 board members and 3 volunteers) who improve language skills to provide trainings, workshops and coaching in English,- 1 training offer tailor-made and adopted to the learning styles and needs of adults,- 5 people (2 board members and 3 volunteers) who will become more effective trainers and coaches thanks to the motivation skills acquired during the mobilities,- 1 organisation which will gain experience in managing international educational projects.Direct impact of the project on the organisation: gaining experience in managing international educational projects in the field of mobilities, international cooperation, providing training and coaching services to adults of higher quality, cooperation and networking with organizations acting in the fields of adult education, experience and good praciticies sharing.Direct impact of the project on the target groups: providing access to high quality, tailor-made trainings and coaching, promoting life long learning, attracting new target groups.
