Our project was aimed at students from a medium level of vocational training auxiliary nursing care with a period of workplace training which takes place in companies of the health sector which had obligations and the timetable of a regular employee. With this program part of those training hours was held in Italy, a member country of the European Union (which is our host school), and it will be recognized through a European document which shall be credited the language skills and professional qualifications of participating students (Europass). At all times they had have a mentor, both in the workplace and in the host centre, who performed continuous monitoring and evaluation of their work to was reflected in the practise folder that the student brought. Our association had as a general objective the need to complement the theoretical curriculum taught in our center ,with work experience in foreign work centers so our students could develop skills related to the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired previously and contribute to their personal and professional development through increasing motivation, knowledge and skills (formal, no formal and informal) and at the same time gained new opportunities for access for the first time the labour market in better conditions, since the majority were young employed without previous experience Moreover, it enhanced the learning of foreign languages, in this case the Italian, and the cooperation between institutions and organizations from different countries in order to improve the mobility o people in training within European Union, contributing to increase his training as a European added value. It aims to contribute to greater social cohesion by promoting equal opportunities through a global education that our students became more competitive and best-trained professionals in finding a niche of employability in today's job market (European Common), which looks very adversely affected by the grave crisis which we live now a day. The mobilities took place in the center IREFORR (Regional Institute for Training and Research) of Italy for 4 weeks from 1 to 30 of November. The training was at work centers of Italy that have been selected prior to the start of the flow by our host partner Center IREFORR (Regional Institute for training and research) to adapt the needs of each student. The realization of this project allowed an improvement of the European dimension, not only of students of initial vocational training, but also educational institutions involved. Definitely, it aimed to our students complete sucessfully their practical training to improved their professional and language skills, thus allowing access to new employment opportunities as citizens of a united Europe. In short, it is intended that our students successfully complete their practical training and improving their profesional and linguistic skills, allowing access to new employment opportunities as citizens of a united Europe.
