The Project meets the needs of modern supervision and coordination management system in all City Government units and subservient organs whose realizing tasks according to the broader vocational education for City residents (activities of the Department of Education, vocational schools, vocational training centers, employment office, Local Development Agency, employers realizing vocational trainings programs).The objective of the project is to institutional consolidation carrying out the activities within vocational education of all organizations whose got influence to reaching the modern management system of all areas in the context of vocational orientation, guidance and counselling on education and career paths, vocational education, local labour market policies and enterprise development.The main objective of this project is to create program of all activities in each vocational education organizations by project participants.The project will include 17 employees of the following organizations affecting the organization and course vocational education in the City of the Sending Partner:-The City Government,-Vocational Schools,-The Poviat Labour Office,-The Local Development Agency,-Continuing Vocational Training Centers,-The Vocational Training Centre,-employers realizing vocational trainings programs.The Project will be realized in cooperation with partner (the Gaining Organisation) Public School dedicated to vocational education in Saksoni, Germany. The training planned jointly between the Sending Organisation and the Gaining Organisation. The training will take the form of job shadowing (groups of participants will be assigned of the requirements of the position of their job title) in local institutions and organizations involved in vocational education.Participants of the obseravation/jobshadowing will take part in German language training prior to departure.Jobshadowing will include the cognition of organizational structure and methods of action within vocational education schema in Germany.Jobshadowing program was specifically constructed to individual participants needs and depending on their interests in the field of vocational education and type of work performed. Thanks to observation of work on similar positions to apply their new skills in their institutions.After training back skills and knowledge of all participants will be used to formed group to reach modern supervision and coordination management system in all City Government units and subservient organs whose realizing tasks according to the broader vocational education for City residents.Through participation in the Project participants will be able to:-the recognition of vocational education system in Germany (in the Land of Saksonia). They will recognized working conditions of the institutions, firms, organizations involves in vocational education of youth and adults,-the cognition of organizational structure and methods of action within vocational education schema in Germany,-assimilation of the whole training group whose originating in various organizations of vocational education,-increase participants motivation to changes in city vocational education management system (possible to use the models observed in partner organizations),-senior management will allow to find new people management competent,-whole group of participants will be able to become new vocational and language (including work related language) competent,-the recognition of new methods and instruments applied in the vocational education.The Project success will be creation of new local standardized organizational structure and a well-functioning vocational education system. System will be close related to local labour market and will help compensate the consequences of the all negative factors influencing the labour market.
