The project meets the priority of the Strategy for the Development of Vocational Education in Bulgaria for the period 2015 - 2020, namely: Providing professional training for students and persons over 16 years with special educational needs SEN. To overcome the shortage of skills and competencies of students and people over 16 with special educational needs in PUI Dr. Petar Beron mobility practice in real working conditions in Italy, near Lake Maggiorewill be organized .Main objective of this project is:- To increase the competence of pupils with SEN from PUI Dr. Petar Beron and their integrationSpecific objectives are:- To increase the competence of pupils with SEN from PUI Dr. Petar Beron in the field of floriculture and landscaping- Inceasing the qualification of the accompanying teachers and trainers in vocational training of students with SEN;- Increase cooperation between VET and European business partners to improve the quality of VET for students with SEN.As a result 15 students and 3 teachers from PUI Dr. Petar Beron will increase their competence- Students will improve their skills in a professional sphere, in particular in the field of floriculture and landscaping. Users will have the necessary knowledge and skills to practice planting, growing and arranging flowers, shrubs.- Accompanying teachers will improve their competence in the field of work-based learning. They will learn to work with employers' organizations.- In the cultural sphere - the participants - students and teachers will learn about the culture of communication and behavior in everyday life and culture of tolerance and non-discrimination. Participants will improve their ability to work in a multicultural environment.- In language sphere - participants will improve their language skills in Italian language, thanks to which will be able to communicate with Italian partners in mobility and in the future with other Italian citizens- In the sphere of EU policies for VET - teachers will learn about the EU policy on quality and efficiency of VET for students and young people with SENStudents will be more motivated and better qualified, ready to work on the labor market. The accompanying teachers will improve their qualification and will be ready to work in the centers for personal development.
