PROJET
TERMINÉ
The main idea of the project is a group of 20 students in 11th grade from professions „Veterinary tecnician“ and „Control the quality and safety of foods and drinks“ to attend vocational training in stock-breeding farms and enterprises for producing of foods and drinks.
The mail goal is through mobility the students to learn European innovative experience and improve their professional competences in an European country with developed stock-breeding and food industry. Especially valuable for them as future specialists are: Prevention in farms; the Human attitude and animal protection; Producing of biological production; Modern technologies in growing animals; Innovations in stock-breeding and veterinary medicine; Breeding, feeding and servicing the animals; Fixing, vaccinating, castrating of animals, treatment of wounds, apply dressings to wounds and sterilization of surgical instruments.
In enterprises to follow the management, organization and carrying out control over each technological process in food and drinks producing; safety of foods as multicomponent system of Regulations, Standards, installation, equipment, ensuring producing of qualitative and safety for human health ready product „From the farm to our dishes“, through the whole chain of producing.
As a result of our goals we expect the following results:
1. The students to carry out their vocational practice in European stock-breeding farms and modern equipped enterprises for gained key competences, personal progress and fluent transition to real work place.
2. To put into practice breeding and feeding of animals according to European standards. To get acquainted with good stock-breeding practices and innovative experience in animal treatment. Accepting and implementing of concrete tasks given by immediate trainer and employer.
3. To become well acquainted with information technologies in systems for continuous monitoring of hygiene design/rooms, technology processes, technology equipment, apparatus securing, laboratory methods for analysis, operating human personnel/ in processing of raw materials, ready production, their distribution and trade realization.
4. Developing of initiative and enterprise in young people. Finding new possibilities for choice, higher adaptivity to changing life and work conditions, social, mobile, competitive and motivated.
5. Improving of students‘ foreign language competences and terminology, typical for their profession. Acquiring of concrete practical skills for work in multicultural team.
6. The period of practice abroad will be recognized by school direction and an Europass mobility certificate will be issued, validating gained and shown knowledge and skills.
7. Acquainting with different culture, socializing of young people and sociability to the world.
The educational mobility of trainees in the field of vocational training will be held since 3rd of August till 19th August 2014.
Long-term benefits of this project are:
1. High school prestige. Well-prepared specialists who work for development of competitive European agriculture and stock-breeding, following Common agriculture politics. To apply for Measures for Assistance agriculture producers in „Program for developing rural regions 2014-2020“.
2. Practice abroad will develop their entrepreneur abilities, will encourage confidence in their own powers and will help for active European citizenship.
3. At the time of practice the personal development will raise. Mobility serves mutual understanding and cultural relationships in EU, economical and social becoming close among member state of the European Union.
