The implemented projects experience shows that students who participated in the project activities more confidence in their own ability and have more cooperation skills. Practice abroad and mobility acquired during vocational and general competence allows the student with more successful reintegration into the labor market. Experience in foreign countries for a young person is an extremely useful. Participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with the practice in the European labor market requirements, to demands for the workplace, quality of work concept.The project "Development of professional experience in EU countries" will give students the opportunity to carry out part of apprenticeship abroad.The main goal of the project is the improvement of professional competences foreign business services, development of creativity, innovation, which will contribute to the successful integration into the labor market.Particular attention is paid to new technologies, creativity, information management skills improvement. The public has highlighted the need for not only good specialists, but also people who are capable of creative debate and to doubt that critically and freely to think, pay to adapt to the constantly changing world. Creativity needed everywhere there is a need for new solutions. Creativity and innovation in professional career goes hand in hand with the success and it is irrelevant whether the product produced in the creative, or being developed innovative technologies, or other professional activity. Under the current conditions on the labor market of the future employee must be fast, flexible and creative.The project tasks for all for students:- to develop creativity, innovation, autonomy, tolerance collective work and individual activities;- to improve operational skills and professional abilities, to deepen the professional knowledge of foreign languages.The project tasks:- chefs will improve their different dishes preparation skills, will get acquainted with the new technologies and the use of the equipment in the real work place, tool diversity and use of countries catering enterprises organization of production peculiarities, organization of work;- Small Business Service Providers participants will improve their professional skills, to come up with new technologies in business enterprises;- Computers and organizational technical operators will acquire knowledge and practical skills computer graphics, layout technology, sites development areas.In project will take part - 24 students, for 6 students in each host country (United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Portugal).In to visits will take place with the students and accompanying person, who first week will help to adapt and respond to the questions of pathway will co-ordinate project document.The systematic assessment of project activities will help ensure the quality of the implementation of the project and to achieve the expected results.Practice abroad students will help improve not only professional competence, but also the key competences to a level that will shape the skills of intercultural communication will promote tolerance to other cultures, will help deepen your knowledge of foreign languages.
