The effective changing market environment determines the need of practically oriented professional education providing flexible and accommodating staff. The project “Acquisition entrepreneurial skills in tourism – value added for a realization on the labor marketplace and an opportunity for self-employment”, the purpose is to improve the acquired until now professional skills through an interaction between the educational institutions and industrial environment as well as the European practices in the education for better competitiveness on the labor market. The specific objectives are: With respect to the users: increasing professional competences in the area of the entrepreneurship and acquisition of quality new competencies in the area of organization and management in tourism. Acquisition of European proven experience. Increasing the competitiveness in the United Europe. With respect to the initiator /FSG “Vasil Levski”, Montana/: Increasing the quality of the vocational training through familiarization, acceptance and implementation of best practices. Increasing the quality of the vocational training in FSG “Vasil Levski” through multiplication the results of the practice. And better realization for the graduated students. These objectives will be achieved by conducting a transnational practice in a country with traditions in the tourist services where the users will acquire entrepreneurial skills and obsess new techniques and technologies in a real working background. They will improve their professional and linguistic culture as well as they will become familiar with the country and the rare language – Portuguese. The users are twenty students in an initial vocational education, studying "Economics and Management" and "Organization of tourism and the Leisure time". To achieve the final results the students go through an initial theoretic and pedagogical training and subsequent practice in a real surrounding on an island Madeira /for four weeks/. The expected results for the users are acquisition of entrepreneurial skills in the area of tourism – management, IT skills, conceptual, analytical and skills for decision-making. In this way is provided convertibility in the education and the workforce in the United Europe, competitiveness on the labor market and readiness of young people for their part like citizens of the United Europe. The project might be resistant as it generates results, which would be used from the target groups after finishing it. The structure of the activities and the long-term level, part of the results connected with the creating of conditions implementing quality and effective means to enclose the acquired from participation in the project skills and competencies then allow to be realized and build on individually as they become a part of the activity sustainable development of the region.
