The " Praxis " lasting from 1.08.2014r . to 31.07.2015r . , addressed to the twenty young people , boys and girls , ages 16-24 , alumni of the European Centre for Training and Education , enrolled with chef competitions and car mechanic who would like to try how it is to be employed in another country , learn another culture and language. The project is designed not only to equip the young people with additional competencies and professional skills, but also interpersonal skills and cultural . Participants of project is a youth threatened by social exclusion , in need of additional support . ECTE VLC is just such a youth , and , coming from dysfunctional families and dysfunctional upbringing , poverty and often affected by a pathology . The project , by organizing a two-week internship in an institution of vocational education ( service workshops and practical vocational training ) in Hungary , is designed to show young people that they can actively participate in society , increase and improve their competencies , and through it to get a good job and choose , a better life , so different from what they knew so far. In addition, through a cultural program and contact with other cultures , young people realize that European citizens are , will learn tolerance , and increases self-esteem and self-confidence - in a conscious and active way. participants in the project , after its completion , it is easier to find and successfully in the labor market , becoming productive members of society . Furthermore , as participants in the project , young people their active attitude of " take matters into their own hands " will be able in their environment become an example that work on each other , and a commitment to enhancing their competence can change their life.
