The project "Practice of career key to the Polish and European labor market" will be attended by 60 students (15 students enrolled in the following directions): Electronics technician, information technology technician, mechanic and technician and organization of the Vocational School No. 1 in Ostroleka, and the Panel Schools No. 3 in Pabianice. Each student will take part in 14-day practices in Greece in the city of Larissa, in the company corresponding to its path of education. Due to the number of pupils departure have been divided into two parts. Departure groups practice is as follows:-From 05/10/2016 to 19/10/2016 year of practice will take students from Vocational School No. 1w Ostroleka enrolled in the Electronics technician (internship in the company "Papadopoulos Pantelis') and Technician (internship in the company" Intered ")-From 15/03/2017 to 29/03/2017, the students will practice with the technician mechanic from Vocational School No. 1 in Ostroleka (internship in the company "Sinapalos") and Technology and organization of the School No. 3 from Pabianice (internship in the company "Alpha Marketing)The objectives of this project are:Supports youth in pursuit of new experiences;-Increase The level of knowledge and technical skills;-preparation Young people to meet with Polish and European labor market, to discuss all requirements and criteria that guided the employer in the recruitment of staff;-Nabycie By the students new skills in technology and interdyscypliny.-Podniesienie Soft skills and language project participants;We are committed to making the best preparation participants to undergo training and traveling abroad.During the organizational meetings (to be held after the completion of recruitment) participants and their legal guardians will be provided key information on the host organization and about the project on insurance, travel plans and accommodation, of the Rules of the project, they will also be discussed in detail schedule of practices, and will be signed necessary documents .The results of the project will be:-Nabycie Language competence, improving communication skills in English and Greek-Nabycie Professional competence, qualifications in the profession each target group- Acquisition of organizational competencies, qualifications in work on the international market, cooperation in the team.-Nabycie Social competence, qualifications in work under time pressure, stress-coping strategies, accountability, air conditioning in another place, establish new contacts.We believe that the implementation of our project, the skills and experience they acquire during practice participants, including overcoming social barriers, increase your chance of getting a job on a local, regional or European labor market.
