The proposed project is aimed at providing students of ZSP with the best possible preparation to undertaking work in their respective professions. This goal will be achieved through giving them access to:• high-quality practical component of vocational training,• up-to-date knowledge of their respective branches - their state and direction of development in other European countries, as well as emerging innovations, as well as through raising their awareness of how important is continuous vocational development: additional education, broadening competences and collecting experience.The group of participants will consist of 40 ZSP students, selected through the recruitment procedure. Call for participation will be issued to three classes, learning the professions of construction, landscape architects, car mechanics and logistyc respectively. At the time of undertaking the mobilities, participants will be III grade students. From each of the three classes, we will select 10 people. They will spend 4 weeks internship in Portugal or ItalyMobilities will be preceded by the preparatory phase, when the students will attend courses designed to get them ready for the experience and increase their learning potential. This phase will comprise:- an inter-cultural training that will prepare students for the eventuality of a culture shock they can experience when faced with the intense, new experience of travelling, living and working abroad;- English language course, designed primarily to develop specialised, trade vocabulary and give them an opportunity to practice an intense use of this language in everyday situations;- organisational and pedagogical preparation, during which they will be thoroughly informed about all aspects of their mobility; this part is also aimed at guiding students in their choice of the most suitable internship placements.
