The project refers to 48 students who are learning in four professions such as: Technical College for Farmers 10 students, Technical College for Gastronomy and Catering 15 students, Technical College for Building Construction 13 students and Technical College for Hairdressing and Styling 15 students. The project enables students to participate in fortnightly and monthly (28 days) vocational training abroad. The projects refers to the students from II and III class who are learning in Technical School in Gorzów Śląski. The group of partnership which is confirmed by the letter of intents, contains of: 1.Technical School in Gorzów Śląski – the institution which sends students for training 2. The Craftsmen Chamber in Poczdam with the Promoting Craftsmen Chamber in Gótz- as the host partner number 1 3.ESKO Kotowski KG Imbachhorn Guest House as the host partner number 2 4. The Seat of learning for construction and building industry Berlin Bradenburgia in Poczdam with the branch in Frankfurt by the Odra River- the host partner number 3 The main aim of the project is to increase vocational skills among students, enables students to gain experience during the vocational training abroad. They will be taught in the workshops and at the employer’s company. The particular aim is to develop language skills, mainly specialist language, enables students to be more attractive at the job market; to develop multicultural knowledge and increase their social skills. The partners have decided on the table of contents according to the educational programme. Before leaving abroad students will participate in language and cultural courses. The schedule of the training is planned on: 1. October 2014 to Craftsmen Chamber in Poczdam with the Promoting Craftsmen Chamber in Gótz -15 students from Technical College for Hairdressing and Styling 2. January and February 2015 to ESKO Kotowski KG Imbachhorn Guest House -10 students from Technical College for Gastronomy and Catering 3. March 2015 to The Seat of learning construction and building industry Berlin Bradenburgia in Poczdam with the branch in Frankfurt by The Odra River- 13 students from Technical College for Building Construction The students will be in teacher’s charge from Technical College in Gorzów Śląski. The teachers will be as translators as well. The subject matter of the training will be: 1. Technical College for Farmers “ Service , diagnosis and reparing the machinery for farmers” 2. Technical College for Hairdressing and Styling “ Styling, dying and cutting hair” 3. Technical College for Gastronomy and Catering :” Running the family guest house from the beginning” 4. Technical College for Building Construction “ Concrete and ferroconcrete: elementary course in making paneling and reinforcement of the building” During the training all skills will be developed according to German methodology. The students will be under the charge of the experienced teachers. The students will develop their skills in the workshops in small groups. They will gain knowledge in running the small business in hotel and gastronomy branch. During the vocational training abroad the students will get knowledge about the different culture and will improve their language skills. The training enables students to practice the specialist vocabulary in German and enables them to use German language in different daily situations. The vocational training enables students to broaden their knowledge in practical skills. The students will: - broaden their theoretical and practical knowledge in their professions - improve their specialist language skills - develop their cooperative skills , creativity and individuals skills to express their ideas The project enables students further training and develop the core competence: 1. Speaking foreign language 2. Individuals skills at organizing the learning process 3.Mathematical or/and technical skills 4. Social, multicultural cooperative in a group or individually Further training enables students to be more attractive at the job market in Poland and abroad after finishing school. The measurable effect of the project for the participants will be gaining new professional skills, getting international certificate Europass - Mobility and Europass CV, improving their specialist language skills, increasing self confidence, improving mobility and flexibility at the job market.
