In our project will participate the students from three culinary and hospitality high schools in Poland. As a part of the project 4 groups of 20 students from Zespół Szkół - Centrum Edukacji Zawodowej i Ustawicznej im. Mikołaja Kopernik in Rawa Mazowiecka. Zespół Szkół nr 1 im. Melchiora Wańkowicza in Błonie and Zespół Szkół Weterynaryjnych i Ogólnokształcących Nr 7 in Łomża will spend two weeks in Greece.The students will gain the job experience in the best Greek restaurants and hotels in Larissa, Kokkino Nero in Thessaly and its surroundings. This experience will help them in the development of the professional and language skills. All of the chosen towns are known as a tourist resort therefore the food service and hospitality plays an important role it theirs economy.The students will travel along with their teachers, who all the time will take care of the groups. The internships will be held from 16/1/2017 to 28/2/2017 on (each group for two weeks). The both will be held during the winter break, to not interfere with the school activities.The apprentices will be supervised by: Hotel KOKKINO NERO mobility center - based in Larissa. That organization have experience in the implementation of EU projects and the organizing high quality internships.During the internship the students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with international labor standards. Internship program is a direct response to their interest and desire to work in a culturally different region of Europe. The practice learning English is necessary to them in their future professional careers. Greece is full of tourists from different corners of the world. She is also the good place to learn foreign language.The overseas experience will be an important asset in future job search. Employees who speak very good English and have foreign experience are particularly in demand in the labor market. The confirmation of the skills acquired during the internship will be certified by the Europass Mobility document. Certificates shall contain information relating to professional qualifications, language and the ability to work in a group.
