PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE BEYOND BORDERS- A KEY TO SUCCESS ON THE LABOUR MARKET - is the project, which takes into account the needs of the changing labour market in the field of preparing a young man for the role of the participant contemporary market economy.The project takes account of the needs of students due to lack of qualifications, professional experience and lack of knowledge of existing mechanisms on the labour market. At this project take part the students of all vocational profiles, which are learned in our school. Mobility project includes 24 months and concerns the school year 2014/2015, deadline March/April 2015 and the school year 2015/2016, the time-limit March/April 2016. The project relies on organizing the three-week professional training for 60 trainees ( 19 students from economist specialized technique, 11 students from informatics technique and 30 students from open - cast mining college). The partners of this project are the institution of ADC College in London and Foerderverein Steinmetzhandwerk placed in Demitz - Thumitz (Germany). The aim of the project is increasing the quality and effectiveness of vocational training, acquiring practical skills at European level and preventig students from falling out of the education system and their social marginalization. Use of the latest information and communication technologies in the educational process, the implementation of the European credit system for vocational education and training will increase the competitiveness of students Zespół Szkół at national and European labor market. Project activities are focused on familiarize students with the requirements of the European labor market, its structure and rules of operation and providing them with a wide range of knowledge, skills and competencies needed to adapt to the permanently changing labor market in Poland and Europe. Internship in foreign companies will indicate the perspective of professional development our young people from families with a low material status, remaining on the margins of social life. It will be a chance for them to compensate for educational opportunities and provide them a better possibility to present acquired education and gained experience on the job market. The internship will be conducted in accordance with European standards and it will help to broaden the social, personal and intercultural competences. Thanks to the three weekly stay in London and in Demnitz - Thumitz the participants get to know the exact working environment, they will be able to succeed in the future gained information to their own situation on the domestic and European labour market. They will receive a certificate from the ADC College and Foerderverein Steinmetzhandwerk, and the Europass Mobility in Polish, English and German, which will open up the possibility of finding a satisfactory work as computer science, economist or as menagement at open-cast minig branch not only in Poland, but also in the European labour market.
