It is planned to engage 26 students of Zespół Szkół Zawodowych in Złotoryja into the Project. Two groups of students are going to be anticipated: 16 hotel industry students and 10 students from Technical College of Construction. Among chosen student there will be top students of Secondary School of Hotel Administration, Secondary School of Construction and accompanying teachers. The students are going to take part in 4 weeks internship in Italy (Rimini). The Education and Training Network is going to be the Host organization. The project is going to be organized in 2016 and it is going to be divided into three parts: - the Secondary students of Hotel Administration are going to take part in the training in April, - the Secondary students of Construction are going to take part in the training in September, The project enables young people to acquire the knowledge and work experience according to their education, improve foreign language and develop intercultural competency through work in hotels and building companies of European standards. Acquainting the students with management, construction and functioning in European hotels is one of the main goals of the project. What is more, the students would be able to compare the work conditions, tools and procedures that are used in Italy and Poland. The most important part of the training is going to be the English language course, where the technical vocabulary would be included. The most important aims of the project are: - improving the teaching and learning skills and competences by the teachers and students, - getting to know the working procedures in the building companies and in the hotels abroad, - improving the English and Italian language skills, - breaking the ice in interpersonal communication, - improving the personal skills and competences of the student in order to make him or her more attractive for the future employers, - being more creative and innovative, The assumption of the project is to prepare students of 2 different branches to deal with hotel service commercialization related to intense tourism and agritourism industry development in our region. For that reason the project has been formulated as a cooperation of Zespół Szkół Zawodowych and employers of hospitality facilities. The participants of foreign internship gain the opportunity to improve the language communication skills concerning branch and vocation of their interest, overcome cultural barriers, empower their position on labor-market as well-qualified graduate with certificate and work experience expanded by European market standards. The project allows the entrepreneurs to acquaint qualified employees with the knowledge and experience based on European standards. As a school- Zespół Szkół Zawodowych- earns good reputation on the local educational marketplace. Foreign internship put a great impact on attractiveness and educational level of secondary school of construction and hotel administration.
